Important Information
This is a high-end, contemporary-style chalet, carefully furnished, with large bay windows and plenty of natural light (south-facing). It is perfect for family gatherings, relaxing weekends with friends, and ski weekends. It is not suitable for party groups, graduation parties, or excessive drinking. We strictly enforce the number of people indicated in the rental agreement and ask tenants to respect the neighborhood's peace and quiet after 10 PM to avoid penalties.

Other Points to Note
IMPORTANT: A strict control on the number of occupants is applied, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no "party people").
A penalty of $125 + tax per night per additional person will be charged.
Pets are allowed (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our chalets are guaranteed to be hypoallergenic.
Maintain peace and respect for the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit for excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.
Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is before 11 AM.
Additional Points to Note
Pre-Registration: All guests must fill out a pre-registration form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide, sent upon booking confirmation.
Verification steps require guests to provide contact information, a valid ID, and an authorization hold for the $800 security deposit.
The $800 security deposit will be held (not charged) on the credit card and released 7 days after departure if no damage is caused to the property.
Other Important Notes
Pets (max. 2 per chalet) are allowed for $100 per stay. Pets must not be allowed on furniture.
Pets are only allowed inside and around the private chalet area and not in the common areas of Fiddler.
All our chalets are guaranteed to be hypoallergenic.
Excessive noise is not allowed inside or outside.
Spa: It is mandatory to shower and not have moisturizers before using the spa. The spa is available year-round.
Smoking: Smoking inside the chalet is prohibited.
Television: The chalet is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. No cable TV provided.
Firewood: Six logs are provided for free per stay. Additional logs can be purchased at a store located 10 minutes from the chalet.
The chalet has a good internet connection (12 Mbps).
The living room has a fireplace to keep you warm.
The BBQ is designed for outdoor meals.
The spa is functional year-round.
You have access to a variety of activities suitable for all seasons.
