KITCHEN: FULLY stocked kitchen w/ Keurig coffee maker
LIVING ROOM - has plenty of comfy seating, a twin pull-out couch, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV.
OUTDOOR AREAS;
DECK - has a gas grill and 4-seat table w/ umbrella. SCREENED IN PORCH: has seating for 6 and an entrance from the master BR and the deck.
DOCK - if you have a boat or kayak

Lake Adger draws its unique character from following the flow of the scenic Green River that is protected by conservation.
Kayaks and canoes are welcome at Lake Adger. There is a public boat ramp and dock just on the other side of the lake at Silver Creek. Keep in mind that the lake level can fluctuate plus or minus 5 feet, especially during the summer. Please do not tie your boat to the shore docks or marina slips without the express permission of the individual Lake Adger property owners.
We want you to enjoy your time at Lake Adger, so please be courteous while boating.
KEEP IN MIND: Cut your engine when passing fishermen along the shore or individuals in smaller watercraft. Watch for children swimming from shore and private docks. Watch for wildlife as well as floating debris.
Use good judgment, obey laws, and regulations while boating, and have fun!
ABOUT THE LAKE: Lake Adger is approximately 450 acres with approximately 14.5 miles of shoreline. Boating, fishing, and water recreation are a focus here. Restrictions are in place to provide a safe environment for the full recreational use and enjoyment of the lake, including boating, swimming, and fishing. Public access is located 1.5 miles away at Silver Creek.
NOTE: There is an 80 horsepower limit on pontoon boats and a 60 horsepower limit on all other watercraft.
NO jet skiing or water skiing is permitted on the lake.
Lake Adger is patrolled by the NC Department of Natural Resources.
