"Myself and my family had a wonderful time during our stay. Though it was intermittent, we enjoyed the property and all its amenities. Our housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. With ample rooms and plenty of space to relax, I would highly recommend this property for large family gatherings. This property really deserve more than a 5 star. it was immaculate inside and outside We loved everything about it. extremely quiet the property manager took the time out to reach out to me personally and I really really appreciate that. "We were a family of 7. We were late arriving from the airport, but the housekeeper was at the property to meet us and show us around. The property is everything it is advertised to be and more. A plunge pool or a small swimming pool in the rather large perfectly kept garage aera would be good. Be prepared to get a taxi into Old Harbour or wherever you want to go but it’s not an issue transport can all be arranged with the housekeeper. A really good stay and I’m looking forward to my next visit...

"This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

"I stayed at this property for 4 days. It’s a very beautiful space, very clean and relaxing. I felt very safe and Rachel was very easy to communicate with it. All questions were answered right away. I highly recommend Palms at Avista and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a clean, safe comfortable and relaxing space with easy access to the town, this is the space for you. "

Peace and beauty in Mandeville

"My 21-day stay at Casa da Buena Vista was wonderful. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood that is within walking distance to town. I enjoyed breakfast in the garden while watching and listening to birds, including hummingbirds and canaries. The host, Richard, was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful. Every day was a good day- for 21 days."
