"Everything was excellent except it was too warm for us in the room. We could not get the heat to go below 71 no matter what we set the thermostat at. Asked at desk about it. They sent tech up while we were out. He set it on cool. We didn't realize it till late that night . Put it back to heat and it still wouldn't stay down to where we set it. "Great hospitality; old bones but redone nicely. Our room was on a corner and had a separate sitting area and a table and chairs. We had a beautiful river view. However… my request to not be by the elevator was ignored. I didn’t want to all to change rooms, I know it was busy and we liked our view.
