Enjoy a peaceful stay at this central, SOUTH SIDE unit. This newly renovated 2 bdrm is in pristine condition. We offer beautiful linens, tasteful and simple decor and fast Wi-fi.

This main level unit is private and secure. The neighborhood is excellent and is within walking distance of Intermountain Health/SCL/Holy Rosary Hospital.

We offer the added convenience of an attached garage. Please bring your bike or equipment - we can accomodate!

This home features a private two bedroom unit on the upper level and the featured two bedroom on the lower level. The beds are completely customizable - we can offer a queen or two twins.

This unit is BRAND NEW from the studs to the new appliances, lighting and cabinets. We had architectural plans drawn and maximized every square inch of this home for impeccable convenience and versatility. An en-suite washer and dryer is available for your use.

You will be provided with a four digit keypad code within 24 hours of your arrival. Easy-peasy!

We live and work locally. If you need me, we will be available to you!

This home is located just a few blocks from SCL/HRH/Intermountain Health. Enjoy the extra on-site parking - there is a space that can be used for trailer or RV parking.

If you plan on staying for a while, please enjoy the garden spot! If you need a place for kids to play, there is a fenced in area where great mud-pies can be served! We also have a pak 'n play, high chair and plenty of toys/books.
Please do not pour grease down the drains.
