"Excellent seafront hotel close to centre of Güllük. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Parking was available in front of hotel. There was a market very close by on a Thursday. It was only 10 minutes from Bodrum airport so ideal for using if you have a late night arrival. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. "

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the town centre (with restaurants), albeit surrounded by building work at the time of my visit.
