we really enjoyed our stay at the Unique Hotel. Staffs are very nice and attentive. Breakfast made frest to your order. Super clean room. Cant ask for more in central of Milan. We will be booking here again next time we are back to Milan.

Property located near the heart of downtown Milan. Staff was wonderful, room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.

The staff here was wonderful! Julia in particular was incredibly helpful and kind. As expected for a European hotel the room was small but well appointed and very modern. The service was great and the area was wonderful with lots of places to eat around the hotel. The only issues were the noise-there was construction while we were here in November and awoke every morning to the construction workers right outside of our room on the ground floor. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the winter months so we would open the window to cool the room and ourselves as needed. Otherwise, great hotel.

I feel bad writing a bad review but I didn’t love my stay here. They have so many perfumes in the lobby it made me feel sick. I feel like they were trying to mask something. They also had my room on the first floor right next to the reception desk and you could hear EVERYTHING. it made me feel uncomfortable being that close. My shower also flooded, the water didn’t drain and flooded the room. Staff was lovely but other things made this a negative experience
