This place was absolutely incredibly. The location was perfect, and the sight of the Duomo was beautiful. It was probably 2 blocks away from the Duomo plaza. We have a family of 4 and it was nice and large for us. She even offered luggage hold after checkout so we can enjoy some additional sightseeing before our plane ride. If we came back to Milan we would stay here again.

Great location and walkable to everything. The rooms and everything was very spacious. We were a family of 6 so space is a must for us with bags and stroller. It had a convenient elevator. I believe it is disabled after midnight.

The santa tecla appartments are supposedly branded as "luxurious", but there was nothing luxurious about the unit we rented (suite Glamour). It was technically clean, meaning that the cleaning crew did setup the appartment nicely, but the appartment's condition as such is terrible. All the walls were covered with marks and badly patched holes, it would seriously need a paint job all over. The shower's tiles were covered in mole, and every night around 9pm, the shower drain started to smell really bad (like sewers) and stinked up the whole apartment! Also, the appartment was big, but the furniture was kind of cheap and small and a lot of basic utilities were missing (like a hair dryer or just basic kitchen dishes and utensils, it was impossible to cook anything). However, the 2 good things about it was definitely the location (right next to Duomo and all the main attraction of the city) and the bed was comfy. All in all, the appartment was "okay", but the fact that we paid more than 500$/night for this is outrageous. At that price you expect something clean, well maintained that includes all basic ameneties and even more.

The property was clean and comfortable. Very spacious apartment. The deluxe room was great but the air conditioning was not working so they moved us to superior room in the night which had better air conditioning but still not that great. Would have given 5 stars if the AC was better.

The property is located within a short walk of the Duomo, shopping area and many restaurants. It is on a quiet street. Getting into the property initially was a bit inconvenient, but thereafter ok. The apartment is a good size for Milan (much larger than many other properties) but could do with a refresh. Overall a pleasant stay for our family of 4.

Excellent set of apartments for a family with 3-4 people. Located near the Milano Duomo and the Galleria. Secure Building. The building does not have a reception so there is a person who welcomes you and gives you the keys. Also remember to keep some cash for the city tax of Five Euroes per person.

The location was ideal - a couple of minutes walk from the Duomo. Aircon was definitely appreciated. Very useful to have a fridge too. The apartment was large enough for the 4 of us. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The shutters made the rooms very dark for a good sleep. No reception desk but the hotel got in touch to ask our expected arrival time and they met us there at that time. Was clean and felt safe. The location was so good.
