Very noisy however it’s in the heart of the square essentially. Great location. You press a button when you find it and someone comes to let you in. Do not let others in. Walls need to be painted. Was well stocked.

Great location, beautiful room, steps from Duomo
I loved it here! From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel. The steps going up to the room are a bit small but very doable. The lift is very old but adds character and I was able to use it very easily with the help of Chris who checked my family in for 2 rooms. The rooms were AMAZING. We had a city view and both rooms were next to each other with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious. It was nice to have a door to the balcony in the bathroom as well and I kept it open when I was getting ready. The coffee, tea and complimentary water was great as well. The fridge should have been cold tho as the waters were room temperature and what I put in the fridge didn't stay cold. Our room was really big and extremely comfortable. At night, I stayed up until midnight on the balcony people watching and watching the moon come up behind the Gucci sign in front of one of the buildings on the corner. The location was perfect. Many cafes and restaurants a few steps from the hotel! Literally right below my balcony! The Duomo was right behind us. We walked down a small corridor and saw it. The subway stations were right in the piazza where the Duomo is and also right below the balcony in the hotel. The large glass 2 doors were very thick and when closed, you couldn't hear the street noise below of the people or of the street cars. My only complaint was that I didn't book a longer stay for this trip to Milan!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning!!!

The rooms were fantastic!!! Very large and clean!! The hotel was awkward as there is no reception desk and you have to call someone to on a video camera to come and let you in your room. It was impossible to ask questions get recommendations for restraints etc. In addition to that the lady that answers the video camera was very rude.

Estudio renovado a pasos del Duomo
Inmejorable ubicación, a pasos del Duomo de Milan, lleno de negocios y transporte en la puerta. En un edificio antiguo, el apartamento fue totalmente renovado, con buen gusto y funcionalidad. Tiene elevador, pero hay dos tramos cortos de escalera, que pueden resultar un poco complicados con el equipaje.

Staff was easy to reach and ready to assist. Perfect location in Milan, but hard to find initially. Nowhere to pull up and unload luggage. Noisy area but ear plugs provided for sleeping. We slept with noise app on the phone. Very clean.

Room was very centrally located; there is a Metro across the street. The area around is full of stores and dining options. Loved the balcony. Although it was very close to a very busy street, it was not that noisy inside the unit. Would stay here again.

I loved the view out the window and watching the trolly's and the night life. The room was clean, functional, and spacious. The bathroom had a towel warmer and hair dryer. Everything was modern and seemed new. I was on the 2nd floor and was grateful for an elevator to get our bags down, but it could only fit one suitcase and one person at a time (or two people) I'm glad I didn't have a stroller with me. When we arrived we just rang the bell outside and a man arrived 2 minuets later to check us in. He brought our bags up too, which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Great location! One block from Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Tons of shopping and sites. Around the corner from metro and taxi stop.

Only the location is the redeeming factor. Everything else about this so-called hotel is terrible. It shouldn’t even be on hotels.com to avoid luring other guests into their trap.

The room was very nice, the check-in process was a little confusing and the hotel entrance was hard to find. Otherwise it was a perfect location, steps away from the Duomo and lots of shops and restaurants!
