We LOVED this hotel. A bit far from city center but walkable and tram accessible. Best breakfast on our whole trip. Will definitely go back to Milan AND stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly even with broken English. You pay for parking when u checkin, dont go looking for parking .

We only stayed here for a couple nights, but we loved it! It’s outside of the chaotic hustle and bustle of downtown but with plenty of walkable amenities and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re in Milan!

Happy with the stay
Great stay. The staff was very friendly. The check in and check out was very smooth. I was nervous about the valet parking after reading some of the reviews however there was no problem at all. The room was nice and clean, it had a hair dryer, fridge with free bottles of water.

I liked everything about my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I especially enjoyed their wonderful buffet breakfast!

The service was great and the room was ok, but the AC was non existent and in July in 30 + weather thats not so good, also we had to take out the thing that filter the water on the sink since they wouldn't go down otherwise and the shower water pressure is not that good

We left our bags with Mercure upon check out (including a backpack with a drink bottle, headphones, kindle and other electronics). We went out for breakfast and came back about 2 hours later. The backpack was socking wet as the bottle had been smashed and all our electronics drenched in water. We showed the reception staff to ask what happened who SHRUGGED and walked away. We stood in front of reception trying to salvage what we could out of our electronics. In the meantime, the 3 reception staff didn’t say a word to us, or offer us any sort of help.

Close to S Agostini Metro station in quiet residential area, with nearby shops and restaurants Very friendly staff, good breakfast and happy to cater for those with allergens Room was a good size with King Size bed and storage for clothes plus a safe Bathroom with bidet and walk in shower Air conditioning not great but kept room just cool enough at night ( we did request for it to be looked at)

Clean updated hotel near the Navigli
Clean modern-feeling hotel close to the bars/nightlife of the Navigli. Great deal overall. Although the room was smallish, the king bed and shower (arguably the 2 most important things) were comfortable and huge. Highly recommend.

The air conditioner did not work The wifi did not work The sink did not work properly and splashed everywhere every time The shower head was dirty and ripped The safe was broken for 2 out of the 3 nights The hairdryer did not work And there was barely any light, the room and the bathroom were really dark, would not recommend!!

Comfortable and clean hotel with reasonable access to the main sights of Milan via the metrol & tram systems. Reception team were very friendly and helpful. Only negatives are fairly trivial, the location of the hotel was in a slightly run down area (though we found out that a lot of investment was being made to improve this) and the hotel bar was a disappointment - it was laid out like a factory canteen when comfortable chairs and a more relaxing environment would have been preferable after a long day of sightseeing.

Th worst!! I've stayed 3 times here on this trip, each time worse than the before. The air conditioning does not work properly, you can barely feel it. The sink splashes everywhere and the sink drainage does not work properly. The shower head is disgusting! And the safe broke down with no repairment for 2 nights. The wifi is soo slow And they watered-down our body soap so i had to step out of the shower for the hand soap and use it while freezing cold since u cant get the soaps out the wall

TERRIBLE HOTEL! They gave us a smaller room than we booked and payed for. And they didn’t change the room for us. The room we stayed in, was terrible. The staff had no understanding for our situation. And the pictures of the hotel/room are much better than reality. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I was unsure of where to book for our first trip to Milan and this location was the best. It was far enough out of the city centre to be quiet but only a 10 or 15 minute walk to be right in the thick of it. But you are really starting to see beautiful things just. few minutes in. The tram and subway are literally 2 min walk away and everything was neat and tidy. Staff are lovely and unless you are looking for ultra modern aesthetics, you can't really knock this. Was affordable for high peak period in comparison to many others around.

Nice stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, a bit noisy since it was above the entrance to the hotel and could hear the sliding doors open and close. The A/C blew faintly not cooling down the room so had to sleep in a very warm room and The TV to the room did not work either. The minibar in room stated complementary water, after taking 1 bottle we were charged for the water. Parking was €26 for valet and breakfast was also €26.
