The staff is great. A taxi ride to the center is advisable, as it would be a long walk. Not the most flashy hotel, but very nice.

I used to stay at this hotel when it was l’ermitage hotel. Even though the hotel was not new, the staff were very gracious, professional. We arrived at the hotel now under new ownership and we were not greeted by anyone. The is no one to help with the luggage. There is no beverage whatsoever in the mini bar. There was only one set of towels even though there was two of us in the room. This is now a motel, not a hotel. If your intention is to stay one night and leave, it will do. Otherwise, find another hotel. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Short stay in a business trip. Big room but quite dated fittings & furnishings. Air Conditioning not quite up to the 30+ degree heat outside. Hotel was pretty cheap.

I loved the room but carpet and stained upholstery. Air conditioning turned off at 9 pm which makes no sense given that s when people need air conditioning. Hotel in la Spezia didn t charge us city tax to compensate for nights when air conditioner didn t work. This hotel refused to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel. Set on edge of Chinatown. Reminiscent of the way hotels used to and should still be. Spacious rooms and friendly hosts make a visit worthwhile.

We had a great jr suite on the first floor … room was great but very noisy… right above delivery drop off and early starts. Staff was great… recommend just get a higher floor room
