Hell hole - literally
1. The place was not clean, bugs bit us 2. Paid 42 Euro for god knows what (cleaning fee and city tax???) had to be cash NO receipt 3. Went up 4 stories with a lift do go down 3 stories on small stairs with 50 kilograms of luggage - no mention of that Literally a hell hole we had to go down into Couldn’t open the windows as it as filthy outside and view into raw concrete and an attic The place was not what the pictures portrayed at all Only 2 over used cushions Bed that pulls out from the wall with the worst mattress Money wasted very disappointed Don’t let the owners responses fool you on the reviews.... The place definitely is impossible to reach by wheelchair- all though it states wheel chair friendly Stay there if you are 19 years old preferably with no baggage

Despite it being near duomo train station and city area, it was very inconvenient to get to the apartment. Furthermore, the lift broke down 3 times, which means my family had to climb 4 floors and walk to the end of the corridor and climb down 2 floors to reach our apartment and vice versa when we want to leave for sightseeing. This apartment is only suitable if you are only leaving and return the room once a day.

Excellent location for tourism in Milan
The Duomo Inn is positioned in an excellent tourist location in Milan, short walking distance to many tourist locations. This is an apartment in a large city with no front desk, so customer service does not really exist, and you need to arrange a meeting time to get into the Inn. Getting into the place is rather odd too when you take an elevator up 4 floors, then stairs down 2 floors (problem with large luggage.) Nearest parking is a few blocks away and cost us about 20 Euro a day. But, the place is clean and we would stay here again.

the apartment was in a basement and should you go up to 4th level and go down by stairs to arrive apartment ,also there is 38 euro charge they said for cleaning !! only 1 benefit of these apartment is the location.

Fantastic Host Great Apartment
Enjoyed our stay at Duomo Inn very much even if we weren'tfeeling the best . The host was so wonderful. Could not do enough for us when we wanted to know anything very helpful. Location is amazing . The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Definitely recommend staying here when in Milan.

L’appartamento è nuovissimo, pulitissimo, comodissimo e a 1 minuto a piedi dal Duomo. Nonostante sia così centrale l’appartamento è molto silenzioso. Il propietario e il personale sono gentilissimi e tutta la permanenza è stata eccellente!

Milano leverade sol, mat och en trevlig atmosfär var det i hela stad. Vi sprang Deejay Ten med vänner. Under vår vistelse bodde vi bra eftersom lägenheten var bekväm men inte välstädad. Jag fick säga till städerskan, den glada och energifylla Vanessa om städningen. Det bästa av Milano var ”the red Snakes ” som bjöd på trevlig mycket helg med många trevliga aktiviter

Ótima localização
O apartamento é bom, ficamos no Michelângelo, na parte de baixo tem uma pequena cozinha e um sofá cama confortável, na parte de cima, duas camas de solteiro, o melhor é a localização, está bem próximo ao Duomo, no meio de todas as lojas. O Pior: você sobe o elevador até o 4º andar e depois tem que descer dois lances de escada, isso é horrível e com malas é pior ainda, outro ponto negativo é o chuveiro, você tem que tomar banho correndo porque acaba a água quente!!! E depois demora horas para aquecer de novo!

Attention ce n'est pas un hôtel, ce sont 2 appartements pas très pratique d'accès, puisqu'il faut descendre un étage par escalier depuis le 4eme étage de l'immeuble. Il n'y a de personnel sur place, seulement la personne qui vous attends pour vous remettre les clefs. La chambre que nous avons eu était bien meublée, moderne, mais le ménage n'était pas bien fait. La cuisine n'était pas complètement équipée, il manquait torchons, certains ustensiles et cafetière. Le seul point positif de cet appartement est sa situation à 300m du Duomo, en plein coeur de Milan.
