The apartment is a penthouse located on the 5th floor. There are: air conditioning, dishwasher and electric oven, hair dryer, TV and heating. Pets are allowed.

The living area consists of living room with open kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, table and chairs, double sofa bed. The living room has a balcony overlooking the square in front of the apartment building.
From the living room a corridor leads to 1 double bedroom with full shower room.

The
short-stay apartment Corvetto House is an apartment located in a small
square in the Corvetto area, a neighborhood undergoing redevelopment
projects, south of Milan. In the immediate vicinity there is a park
equipped ideal for picnics and children`s games.
You can park your
car in the area in front of the apartment (easypark). In the immediate
vicinity there are all the main commercial activities, as well as the
stop of some bus lines.
The Corvetto metro stop is less than 300 meters from the apartment and allows you to reach the center of Milan in a few stops.

After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out
(from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment for late check-in upon request
is required: euro 50 (from 8pm to 12am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make
noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Change of towels/linen upon request: euro 150 per apartment per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- In case of non-disposal of waste or kitchen and cutlery left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 50 will be retained of the deposit.
