I stayed for 4 nights. The air conditioning was not working, and when I told the manager about it, he asked me to open the window because the weather is cool, but I couldn’t sleep at all because of noise. When I insisted that they should fix AC, I was informed that the problem is major and will not be fixed during my stay. They only compensated me with 240 dollars (which is less than a half night cost)

Whilst we only stayed one night, it was a welcomed stay to have a very spacious areas with separate rooms for a family of four. Michele was amazing, he kept in touch prior to our arrival on all the necessary information we needed, met us at the front and gave us a tour of the apartment….customer service at its best!!

Apartment itself is good. Good size and modern. However, THERE IS NO WIFI and because of the building location and construction, NO INTERNET. Just be ready for absolutely zero internet when here. Also, staff. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and professional, but didn’t address concerns about the WiFi. We literally had to go to other places just to have connectivity. Room is nice and spacious. Shower is EXTREMELY small. Hot water in shower doesn’t work after midnight. Central lighting controls stopped working after a day. Many light switches don’t work. Expect to have your concerns or questions brushed off or ignored by staff after your initial check in. I loved the location and the room, but if I could do it over again, I would not pick this place.

Excelente localização e um ótimo apartamento para 2 pessoas. Só o chuveiro que por ser mais para frente, quase não tinha espaço, pois o box é muito pequeno. De resto, do atendimento do proprietário à localização, tudo excelente.

Superb Location in Milan
I have been staying at this property for many years and I always have a great experience every time. The staff is always helpful and nice and they make me feel welcome whenever I stay at the property. The location is unbeatable. It’s close to the duomo which means there are lots of restaurants and cafes close by. It’s also close to many stores and pharmacies so you can pretty much find anything you need for your vacation right at your doorstep.

standort war perfekt, ausstattung war sehr gut, personal bei der ankunft war etwas demotiviert aber nett. zimmer sehr gross und alles vorhanden was man braucht. super aufenthalt, gerne wieder. p.s. keine deutschen fernsehsender vorhanden und fernseher im schlafzimmer konnte man nur radio hören leider.

Excellent Hotel/Apartment for Milan!
Amazing location! Very clean apartment, with excellent concierge service - they helped us book train tickets to Verona for the day, and gave lots of helpful advice about touring the city.
