Awful! This is an office in the main floor of a terrible Condo building, only has 5 offices converted to 5 hotel rooms. That is all! Front desk is right out side your door. Major Issues: * Rooms back on to the garbage bay of the condo where people toss garbage and bottles all night. * The condo HVAC system is right beside the hotel, making an endless noise that never stops. * Entry into the building is a key in a weird door at the back. * Endless car alarms every 30 min… Staff: I cane in after a long time traveling. I was ready to crash. She didn’t care… Did NOT say how to use the AC, when I told her I don’t need to leave my bags at check out. That was messed up. Sensitive. She should focused on the essentials and been an adult. This was the worst stay in a 3 week trip across Europe. All my stays, th

This place was great - guest house set up - did have some desk coverage but not 24/7 which was totally fine. The rooms were great - awesome extra touches and I really appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location
Beautiful room and great help from the young man working at the checkin desk. We only spent one night but it was great. No complaints. Very centrally located and easy to walk to main areas.

The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth. Staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very modern and clean. The beds were made and the towels changed every day. Complimentary coffee and water in the mini fridge. The location was perfect, very central location and a short walk away from main sights e.g Duomo. The staff also couldn’t have been kinder in sending us a large list of recommendations from activities to bars and restaurants- all of which recommended were amazing quality and not tourist trap prices! If in future I were returning to Milan I would stay here without a second thought and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me book a cab the night before an early morning tour and let us leave our bags in a room prior to check-in and check out.

Good location, nice room. Not a hotel as there are no services - more like an Airbnb. Expensive for a room. One free bottle of water, small bottle of Prosecco, few biscuits and free coffee. That’s it. No concierge, desk manned on and off during the day until 9 pm only

This is an ideal room for a solo traveler or a business trip. - Pro's: Rooms are clean and spacious. Amazing shower. Big bed. Nice lighting. Very central:walkable from any touristic attractions, shopping or food area. Safe: the access to the rooms/hotel is safe with a vigil in the lobby of the building during the day, By night, there is an access with keys only. - Con's: Hard to find! The rooms are in a converted flat shared with offices, in a local building. The area is quiet, however, if people are at the reception or pass the door, the walls are very thin and everything can be heard. The sink and the mirrors of the bathroom were in the bedroom separated to the bathroom . If you are a couple this could be annoying to have the sink separated to the shower and toilet. However, this seems to be deferent according the room.
