"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). We stayed over a Shabbat and holiday and it seems the religious...

"The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "

"Lionel, the host was exceptional… met us at the property and walked us to parking, the apartment, throughout the building and area. The apartment was a spacious 4 BR, 3 full bath with every feature and comfort of home… and 2 parking spaces (we had a large van, so made parking easy) Location… not only at the beach, yet right next to Hwy 20 and 5, making travel a breeze."

"This rental is bogus. The phone number associated with it isn't connected, and the owner did not respond to any attempts to connect them through email. It would appear that the owner stopped renting it out, except that it was never taken off of the Vrbo website. We only discovered all this within the last week before our reservation, and we had no choice but to cancel our entire trip at the last second."

"This is my fourth stay in the complex, though the first in this unit. The location is excellent - adjacent to excellent restaurants, a supermarket and a Ritz Carlton hotel. One of the day doormen remembers me from previous stays and always offers a friendly welcome and a quick chat. The VRBO property manager was very responsive to my inquiries and I would not hesitate staying here again next September."

"The ease in which we communicated with the owner was fantastic, and extremely helpful with any request we had for stay. The apartment is exactly what we were looking for, the views of the beach and ocean were tremendous! Highly recommend!"

"This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...
