Walk to the Beach! 1 Bedroom Comfy Condo

Have a worry free stay and feel at home.

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in Mijas Costa in this spacious fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, large bathroom with washing machine, good size kitchen and private south-east facing balcony. The apartment has been decorated in a clean modern style with attention to detail.

The condo is in a distinctive moorish-style well maintained complex, with beautiful mature gardens and a great swimming pool.

The unit has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. Nearest beach is only 3 blocks away!

The condo is conveniently located, 12 minutes from Marbella and Fuengirola, accessible by public transportation. All services (super-markets, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, bars, etc.) within walking distance.

The unit is on the second floor. The building has a lift.

Ample off-street parking in front of the complex is available.

This is our home for part of the year, please be respectful of it.

** For hygienic reasons, wearing outdoor shoes inside the unit is NOT PERMITTED. Bring new indoor shoes, slippers or sandals. We appreciate your cooperation to follow this rule.

*** IMPORTANT: Our maximum stay allowed is 10 nights. Any booking made for a period of more than 10 nights will be cancelled.

Check in time is until 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot check you in if you arrive past 10pm, regardless of delayed flights or other factors that will not allow you to arrive by 10pm.

Sorry, due to the possibility of attracting bugs, we do not supply any condiments, spices, oils, etc. Please do not leave in the unit any food, beverages, spices, etc. on your departure.

* We do not allow children, the unit is not set up to provide a safe environment for kids.

The pool opens around Easter and remains open until late October, weather depending.

Please let us know about any issues or concerns that you may have immediately! We will help. We want your stay to be a pleasant one and there is not much we can do after you have checked out!

A very nice studio apartment for four people.
We have stayed in Calahonda a lot of times. Plenty of places to eat fish and chip shop Very nice too. Restaurants like jammy olivers and and many more.we liked going to la Cala by bus there amarket there, and its a very nice place .we liked. Marbella too. In all we like going to calahonda de zoco.

Bel appartement mais trop bruyant
La mƩdina est placƩe Ơ un endroit ou passent pas mal de route menant notamment Ơ l'autoroute. Pour aller Ơ la plage il faut d'ailleurs traverser cette autoroute L'appartement est mal isolƩ - on entend les voisins Je ne recommande pas cette location

Difficile dĆ©jĆ  le premier jour de rĆ©cupĆ©rer les clĆ©s de l'appart car l'agence ferme le samedi Ć  14h00 et n'ouvre que le Lundi suivant La mĆ©dina est entourĆ©e de route qui mĆØnent Ć  l'autoroute ce qui occasionnent beaucoup de bruit La plage n'est pas loin effectivement mais il faut traverser l'autoroute pour y accĆ©der. Je ne conseille pas cette location car mĆŖme l'isolation entre appartement est Ć  revoir
