This two bedroom apartment is located in the Residencia Equmar complex a short drive to La Cala de Mijas. The secure gated complex offers a communal pool and the apartment has access to a space in the underground car park. The closest beach is 3.5km away and a one kilometre walk will take you to the nearest golf resort. La Cala town is located less that 4km away and Fuengirola town under 6km. The apartment offers vented aircon throughout, International TV and free WIFI.

The apartment is located on the first floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one floor. The open plan living space offers a dining seating area, an L shaped sofa and an armchair.
