Modern and gorgeus apartment with panoramic views and lots of sunny outdoor space in Calahonda, Mijas Costa. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a residential complex, with access to a beautiful swimming pool.

The apartment has a spacious lounge furnished with a comfortable sofa, footstool, 2 armchairs, TV and dining table. From the living area you reach the amazing and spacious south facing terrace with both chillout and dining area. There is a big open plan and fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes and access to private terraces. Two bathrooms with walk in showers.


The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning through out, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iron and hair dryer. We provide all bed linen and towels.

The community offers a big adult pool and a kids pool, lift in the building and open-air parking.


Calahonda is a well kept quiet residential area that belongs to Mijas Costa. Within the area you have a good offer of amenities. Next to the apartment you find a popular tennis and padel club. The closest bars and restaurants are a 20 minutes walk away. The beach is 2 km away and there you also find a very nice beach promenade where you can enjoy walks and bike rides the whole year thanks to the privileged climate. There is a local bus in Calahonda and a main bus route taking you to both to Fuengirola and Marbella, from the bus stop on the A7 which is an approximate 6 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the apartment.

Très bel appartement
L’appartement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Très bien situé et très spacieux. Les points négatifs sont la propreté général de l’appartement qui était moyenne, par contre le linge de maison nickel. Le gros bémol de cet appartement sont les horaires de la piscine, 12h à 20h. Je n’ai jamais vu ça en 20 ans de location. C’est une honte ! Vu le prix de la location.nous aimons aller nager le matin avant d’aller à la plage ou le soir en rentrant mais là en 1 mis nous y sommes aller 2 fois.Dommage !
