This delightful detached, 5-bedroom (8 bed) villa is ideally located in the quiet Urbanization of Dona Pilar, midway between Fuengirola town and beaches and the pretty village of Mijas Pueblo. Both are reachable easily by bus or car within 10 minutes. The bus stops are a couple of minutes walk from end of road. Amenities, restaurants and shops are located nearby. Lew Hoad Tennis centre is a short walk away. Malaga Airport is only 15-20 minutes away by car.

The property constitutes two self-contained apartments each with own facilities including living lounge space, kitchen, ensuite bathrooms (5) and several TVs (built in firesticks for access to streaming services) plus internet connection.

Ground level apartment 1
The ground level apartment accommodates 1 DB room and one room with 2 single beds.
The dining room can seat 10 people with ease. The lounge on the ground floor is dual level allowing flexible seating layout.
Kitchen facilities include plenty of cupboard space complemented by American-style fridge/freezer, gas cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffer maker, utensils etc.
All bedrooms and lounge areas have air conditioning. All bedrooms are ensuite.

Pool level apartment 2
The pool level apartment has 1 DB room and 2x2 single bed rooms. All Bedrooms are ensuite.
The spacious lounge has a TV with settee and chairs.
There is a small kitchen area with similar facilities to apartment 1 with pool facing kitchen bar and stools eating area.
The internal area of the property overall is 250 metres square.

External
Panoramic views from the rear stretch from the Mijas mountains round to the sea.
The terraces provide an ideal vantage point from which to enjoy a coffee as the sun rises or a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets. There is plenty of outside space and the property benefits from not being overlooked which makes it a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying outdoor facilities including 8x4m pool, sun loungers, dining facilities, BBQ, contemporary furniture on upper terrace (parasol covering)and games. A FOLDAWAY FULL SIZE PING PONG TABLE TOGETHER WITH EQUIPMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE.
A good size laundry room benefits from washer and dryer machines.
Pleasant garden borders and rockeries surround the property, and we have our very own grapefruit and papaya tree! The pool and gardens are regularly maintained.

Parking
The property has an integral garage with space for one vehicle and tiled parking space for another car. There is more than adequate on-street parking.

Style
The property retains traditional white village Spanish charm with contemporary internal décor giving an airy and light feel. All ensuite bathrooms and WC have been recently updated to the highest standard. The property has tiled flooring throughout.
