Delivery of keys:
The check-in will be between 15h and 19h.
The check-out will be at 11am.
A contribution to the cost of arrival after 21h and departure before 8am of 20.00 euros will be requested and deducted from the deposit.
Services in the apartment:
-The internet access: the internet is paying.
The apartment has an internet facility (wifi modem) located in the living room. But the tenant will have to take an internet subscription for his personal use from the Y-internet internet access provider located in Calahonda. The information concerning Y-internet will be transmitted after confirmation of the reservation on Homelidays platform.
-Air conditioner:
An air conditioning system is available to the tenant.
According to the rules of the apartment the air conditioning should be used in the presence of the tenant or tenants in the apartment. Air conditioning should be used doors and windows closed.
Condition of the apartment, Garbage and Animal care
We ask future tenants to make the apartment clean and in good condition and to put the washed dishes away.
Garbage cans are available in all rooms
the apartment (kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom). Garbage dumps are present near the car park.
When you leave, please leave nothing in the bins and clean them.
Animals are strictly forbidden in the apartment.
Any degradation noted will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of problem
In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us without delay. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. Any intervention of a professional at your initiative remains the responsibility of the tenant and can not be refunded.
In case of breakage, damage or degradation please report it during your stay or check-out, even if no damage seems apparent. In case of loss or deterioration of housing elements, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of rehabilitation or possible replacement.
Electricity costs:
The electricity consumption remains the responsibility of the tenant.
An electricity bill at the entrance and exit of the tenant will be made to determine the actual electricity consumption.
-Sanitaires:
For reasons of hygiene, tenants are asked not to throw anything into the toilet bowl, except for toilet paper.
Cleaning fee
If the cleaning of the premises (washing dishes and rows, kitchen picked up, garbage emptied) is insufficient, a cleaning fee will be applied to the tenant for 60 euros.
