"This is our second stay at this property in La Cala which is small and basic with no amenities; there is a café at street level which is very popular and useful with a varied menu for breakfast, lunch or snacks up until 4pm. "I was not happy that this huge resort that was almost empty ( low season of November / floods) and yet I was assigned a room that had a door separating it from the next one ( junior suite) occupied by family with little kids. Annoyed little with noise. I would have complained but noise stopped around 9:00 PM which was bearable. The staff were very friendly. "

"Clearly the largest hotel in the vicinity. I would describe the hotel as very fit for purpose. The room was spacious with a delightful balcony which allowed the sound of the rolling waves to be heard. The dining room was understandably large but it meant that there was always a place to sit. A great variety of food was available and if you like your pudding then this is the go to place! The staf, whilst busy, were all friendly and attentive. "

"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "Great stay beautiful location and building very beautiful also. Rooms a bit plain but most importantly clean. Food was a little basic, could be improved. Other than that it a beautiful setting and hotel itself is decorated beautifully really is scenic. Extra charge for sauna and steam room which was not the case before. Staff super friendly, would reccomend for sure! "
