Great stay at property, apartment as described and as we knew the area, no issue for us getting to property, but with all the new building work going on in area, ( shows there is money being invested again in the area) may be a problem for others, so make sure if possible to look for diversion signs or have sat nav etc available. Apartment had everything you needed, the communication was excellent and management team met us as planned and though we didn't need to contact while present, would have felt confident in their ability to respond. Rooms all comfortable and felt safe in gated premises, pool was good and air con worked as well as it could, given the summer temperatures. Love the area and would highly recommend the property, thanks for everything. Clark Family.

An enjoyable place to stay.
My husband and I had a very enjoyable 16 nights stay in this beautiful, modern and fully equipped apartment with beautiful views of the Med. It was slightly noisy from the passing traffic at times when on the balcony but if didn’t deter us from dining on the balcony as well as lounging in the sun. It was managed by Maria who was so helpful and friendly. Any issues were easily and quickly resolved by her. The apartment is actually well located but a car was essential. It was good to have the car anyway as it made access to the surrounding and beautiful areas of Andalucia very easy. Overall, an ideal place to stay. Schöne Aussicht, dabei bleibt es!
Leider war die Wohnung völlig dreckig! Die Küchenutensilien waren dreckig und verklebt, sodass ich erstmal mit einer grundreinigung beschäftigt war.Sobald man das Wasser hat laufen lassen, egal aus dem Wasserhahn, der Dusche oder beim benutzen der Waschmaschine, hat es in der gesamten Wohnung nach Gülle gerochen. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war ein Albtraum! Sowas von durchgelegen. Entweder man schläft in der vorgegebenen Kuhle, oder man schläft gar nicht.Die Klima ließ sich einstellen, hat aber nicht die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht! Der Balkon war schön,schönen Aussicht auf eine Autobahn und Mautstelle!!!! Schaut man darüber hinweg, schaut man auf das große Meer!Verkleidet ist der Balkon mit völlig verdreckten Scheiben.Die Etage ist sehr hoch gelegen, nichts für Menschen mit höhenangst! Meine größte Sorge war, dass die Halterungen von dem Glasgeländer abbricht, da sämtliche Fliesen rund um die Halterung herausgebrochen waren.Sicherheit sieht anders aus! Wie in der Beschreibung gibt es einen Wäscheständer. Allerdings sind von 10 Stangen nur 5 intakt, die dazugehörigen Wäschklammern ein Witz! So verdreckt, dass man danach die Wäsche erneut waschen kann! Nach beschwerde wurden wir täglich erneut vertröstet!Pool nur mit dem aufzug erreichbar. Ende vom lied, wir sind wieder abgereist und bis heute reagiert niemand!

Leuk appartement met zeezicht
Goed uitgerust appartement met mooi uitzicht, ideaal met garage en gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een uitstap naar de steden in de buurt of golf. De ligging bij de autosnelweg vonden we niet storend.

Einfach schön
Die Wohnung ist super schön. Die Aussicht bis nach Gibraltar und sogar die Küste von Marokko kann man bei gutem Wetter von der wunderschönen Terrasse genießen. Es ist schön ruhig und man kann herrlich entspannen. Die Poolanlage ist super inkl Kinderbecken. Alles ist sauber und wunderschön. Wir haben jeden Tag voll genossen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Appartement magnifique lumineux et bien meublé mais juste au dessus de l'autoroute très bruyant.
Trop bruyant en raison de l'autoroute qui est juste en dessous et du voisinage très bruyant mais ça, ce n'est pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire. Dommage car l'appartement est parfait pour passer de très belles vacances et la vue est magnifique si ce n'est cet autoroute que j'ai découvert en arrivant.

Lovely place to spend some time
We stayed at this location for one month and enjoyed many features: beautifully decorated place to stay, good service from Maria who handles the owner’s affairs, great parking underground, secure location though one absolutely needs a car (no bus service in this area and too far to walk anywhere) to fully enjoy living here, fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea from the super large balcony, great wifi access, convenient second bathroom with shower, well equipped condo in all rooms save for the master bedroom which definitely needs a new mattress, proper linen and duvet as well as decent pillows (we had very uncomfortable cushions not pillows). I recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend time visiting the Costa del Sol coastline ranging from Malaga to Marbella so long as they have a car to travel.
