White washed beach house is located front line to the sea in a quiet corner of the complex and the only sound you will hear upon going to sleep and waking up in the morning is the calming sound of the sea waves. Sit for hours on the large sea view terrace where all your meals can be taken al fresco facing the sea or chill in the lovely gardens surrounding the house. Both provide a perfect location to relax whilst there are 2 communal pools (plus a children’s pool) and a tennis court on site if you are feeling more energetic. You have direct access to the beach via a few steps, great for an early morning jog! There is also an outdoor garden Bar/Restaurant serving good home made delights if you fancy breakfast lunch and dinner or just want to sit sipping a cool glass of sangria at sunset. 2023-*****Now you have the opportunity to try the new coastal path, a natural seafront promenade that runs from La Cala de Mijas to Calahonda. The path has a distance of approximately 6 km along the coast where you can walk, run or bike and is made of natural materials that integrate in the nature. The promenade is accessible from the gardens. The Rocas del mar garden bar also caters BBQ nights in the summer months. The house benefits from newly installed full air conditioning and heating and has been renovated in the last year (2023) offering new luxury sun loungers / new outdoor dining table/ upgraded lounge Suite and indoor dining table and new window bars throughout.

Property was clean and fairly well equipped.
Perfect sea views although have to go along the coast a little for a swim as it's very rocky. Had glorious weather all week. Easy access to the pool and Beach Bar has excellent food. Only grumble I have is that there isn't a proper oven in the property, just a small combi microwave oven making it difficult to cook more than one thing at a time.

Lovely peacefull relaxed holiday
Have stayed in the Mijas Costa area for many years now off and on but this lovely apartment with it's stunning views is the best yet. Everything you could need within easy reach. Very quiet and relaxed which is just what we wanted. The garden bar on site has some nice food... basic holiday type of fayre but never had a bad meal there. Staff very friendly and always smiling.
Relaxed stroll to some other nearby bars all of which were very good. Had a couple of BBQ's on the patio with the beautiful vista, what more could you want !! Would definately return again and would recommend to friends and family.

This villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is stunning with beautiful views onto the sea. Villa itself has all you need- comfortable beds, good air conditioning, plenty cooking facilities. Also appreciated the beach equipment and the bottle of red wine on arrival! The two pools were within minutes of villa, were really clean and not too busy- many occasions we had pool to ourselves. Location is perfect- beautiful walk along board walk where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Shops and more bars and restaurants easily accessible on other side of main road too. We didn’t bother with a hire car and it certainly was not needed. Great bus service for accessing further afield. Great communication with agent. Loved every minute of our stay and hope to come again. 2 weeks was not long enough!
We had a completely awesome four-night stay in this Mijas villa.
The location - 20 metres from the sea - was about as good as it gets, with a boardwalk path enabling us to walk along the coast and onto the many beaches and small coves on the Mijas coastline.
The villa itself is essentially an offset terraced house, with two good sized bedrooms upstairs and an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area downstairs.
Outside is a good-sized terrace with sun loungers for catching the sun throughout the day.
Communication with the owner before our trip was swift and informative, as were the couple of questions that we had for Michelle whilst we were there.
Located two minutes off the A7 (but no noise from the road - the only noise we had was from the waves!), the villa is a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport, 20 minutes from Marbella, and 5 minutes from the delightful town of Fuengirola.
There are numerous good restaurants, plenty of supermarkets and loads of things to do within minutes of the villa.
Highly recommended!
This was a great property for what we were looking for. We spent 3 nights here, in between two longer stays up in the mountains in Andalucia. Communication with the owner was great and she was able to coordinate an earlier check in with the resort manager which made our first day much more relaxing. We had one tiny problem early on which Michelle sent a handy man round to fix within minutes which was amazing. In terms of the location it is perfect for a relaxing stay right by the sea. Unlike a lot of properties in Mijas and Malaga which require a bit of a trek to the beach, this property is right on the sea front. It is basically on the Mijas coastal walk that runs for a number of miles joining various beaches. If you are willing to brace a slightly rocky entrance you can get straight into the sea just to the right of the apartment, or alternatively there are sandy beaches about 2-3 mins walk left or right as you come out of the house. There are also a number of restaurants within a 2 to 15 minute walk accommodating most tastes. The house has a nice terrace with a number of sun beds which get sun from about 10am to 7pm. Inside there is a small but perfectly functional kitchen, and the lounge is comfortable and has a smart TV with UK content and most of the TV apps you'd expect. The beds are comfy, Slightly on the firmer end but still fine. I'd definitely recommend this place for the money we paid.

Great front line location.
No key in lock box on our arrival. Several attempts to call local agent required. No welcome pack. Comfortable mattresses on all beds. Recently refitted shower and good bathroom. A/C in 2nd bedroom never worked but owner replacing faulty heat exchanger. Lounge area comfortable but could do with a further light for all guests to read of an evening. Kitchen was basic but functional. The damaged interior furniture legs and kitchen worktop up stands harboured the usual insect infestation. A daily treatment with a Mercadonas insect spray kept them under control. Outside the patio was a reasonable size. Unfortunately the built in barbecue needs repair. The supplied alternative was ok. The damaged tiles of the patio also harboured the usual crawlies and the spray kept them under control. It’s a bit of a walk to the on-site pool as the nearest is not for this property.
Overall it provided satisfactory accommodation. The overall impression was that it was a little tired and due for a makeover.
The location of the gated community requires that to go anywhere you must go by road and drive as the main road has no paths.
The only alternative is the boardwalk next to the sea where you can walk to bars and restaurants in both directions.
The on-site office for the agent is not open at weekends.
Access to the front door is down 17 fairly steep steps. I would not recommend for persons with mobility issues.

Piękna okolica, wspaniałe położenie, oszałamiające widoki, blisko plaże i bary, jednak obiekt wymaga gruntownej konserwacji - szczególnie stalowe kraty w oknach i drzwiach tarasowych, które od nowości nie podlegały renowacji - zawias furtki do wyjścia z tarasu skorodowany po prostu się urwał.
Wir konnten absolut entspannen. Die traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer lädt zum träumen ein. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt.

Nice but overdue
The house has more than enough space to fit a family, the views are spectacular and the garden bar is wonderful. However if you charge the amounts the owner does, you should also take care of maintenance; a non closeble shower door, faulty air conditioning in one bedroom and broken patiochairs are not a nice surprise at arrival.
The same flaws were already mentioned in reviews from June, so there was more than enough time to fix these things. However we did enjoy our stay in Mijas and thanks Michelle, the agent, for all of your help.
Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Wie versprochen hört man von der Autobahn so gut wie nichts. Mittlerweile befindet sich direkt hinter der Hecke ein gemütlicher Holzsteg (Promenade), der aber zumindest uns bei regen Verkehr nicht wirklich gestört hat (Blick auf die Terrasse ist gegeben) - die Vorteile sind aber gewaltig und alles ist sehr schön angelegt.
Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, allerdings in vielen Bereichen trotz beschriebener Renovierung mangelhaft. So waren 2 Gartenstühle gebrochen, die Auflagen für die Liegen fehlten (auf dem Foto noch vorhanden), das Sofa absolut speckig und wirklich nicht einladend, Stühle und Vorhänge ziemlich fleckig und unansehnlich, eine Duschtür ist defekt (Rolle gebrochen) und lässt sich nicht zuschieben, das Schlafzimmerfenster ist nur mit Gewalt zu bewegen und ein paar Kleinigkeiten mehr...
Das schmälert unsere Bewertung leider auf nur 3 Sterne.
Just spent an amazing ten days in this beautiful house overlooking the sea. Situated in a quiet corner of the complex surrounded by immaculate gardens and going to sleep with the sound of the sea. Michelle in the office very efficient and helpful. Lovely garden bar restaurant with superb friendly staff. Pool and gardens were immaculate cleaned and tidied every day. Would gladly return.
Sehr schönes Haus in einer gepflegten Anlage in 1a-Lage direkt am Strand. Entlang des Strandes fußläufig viele Strandbars und Restaurants mit guter bis sehr guter Qualität. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Min. Fußweg.
Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswüdigkeiten Andalusiens. Aber auch wer nur Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Die Buchung war schnell und problemlos, freundliche Betreuung in der Anlage.

A casa with the most wonderful views right on the boardwalk. Good accommodation that would be a comfortable space for a family of four so my husband and I had ample room. The complex is ideal with gardens, swimming pool and a lovely Garden Bar surrounding the casa. The family bathroom, with shower, was ideal and clean and looked like it had been modernised fairly recently. We had a wonderful week here. There’s no major issues with the house but maybe a few small jobs to be done that would totally transform it to one of the best lets in this area. Thanks to Susi for excellent communication and to our contact Michelle and her helpful son for on site help. A great relaxing week; walking, running, golfing and most importantly relaxing.
