3BR Townhouse with big & sunny terrace

This 3 bedrooms townhouse in the complex known as Las Lomas de Riviera Club is located in the higher part of Mijas Costa, more specifically in the urbanization called Riviera del Sol. With easy access from the motorway and close to the beach and all ammenties. With private and secure parking.

Inside the complex there is a big garden with an inviting swimming pool and lots of grass areas with sunbeds. There is also a picnic area with tables and benches that the kids love.

The house is splitted into three floors, in the lower floor is the living room, kitchen and a half bathroom. Also on the lower floor is the amazing patio with sunbeds and furniture, which gives direct access to the garden and pool.

On the first floor are the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are in total 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with 2 showers and 2 sinks. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds and they share a bathroom which is in the aisle. The top floor there is a big roof terrace, very sunny and cannot be overlooked, you could move the sunbeds up there.

Linens for all beds and towels for all guest are provided. There is good wifi connection in the house and the TV is a smart TV with many streaming apps. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC IN THE HOUSE.

Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, there are all types of dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensil.

From the patio you access the complexs' garden which has an inviting swimming pool with lots of grass areas and free sunbeds to use. The pool is splitted in 2, the one on top is less deep and better for young kids. In the garden there is also a picnic area, under the shade of the trees, there are many tables and benches, the kids like to hang out there.

A car is very recommendable, the beach is only a short distance away but to come back to the house from the beach it is very much up hill. It'll take a less than 10 minutes drive to go to the supermarket or to the beach. You can park the car in the private and secure parking at the entrance, or you can leave it outside next to the sidewalk in front of the house.

Riviera del Sol is a nice and clean urbanization in Mijas Costa located between Fuengirola and Marbella, there are all types of bars and restaurants in the area. Also there are more than 10 golf courses in a radius of 15 minutes drive. The beach is very close and should take less than 10 minutes drive.

Getting to the house from the airport is very easy, you just drive all the way to the Riviera del Sol entrance which should take 30 minutes. Then go up straight in one street and you'll be in the house. The supermarket and the beach are also just taking that straight street up and down. The easy access to the motorway makes it a nice spot if you're planning on visiting Marbella or other nearby cities.
