Albert was attentive and available, with the pool being cleaned regularly and even supplying fans at short notice when the temperature spiked. Would definitely consider coming back to the same house if we visited the area again."

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

The neighbours were very kind and supplied me with water, eggs, tomatoes and beer. The property was great. Very clean. Everything is there for you. I can recommend it for a great stay."

Can highly recommend using the patio at the side of the property for meals, very relaxing with views across the river/land.
