"The apartment was fairly small with no sitting room or area, just bedroom with tv, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we had 2 oroblems there. We couldn't get the cooker to work, it wouldn’t turn up or down, the alarm was always going off when we hadn't set it and then the whole cooker turned off and wouldn't reset. If you spilt water on the hob it went iff, if you wiped the cooker it went off. The owner was very helpful over it but we struggled to...

"An excellent base for our family trip to Innsbruck. Great location, a little out of the hustle of the city but easily walkable and with excellent transport links to all attractions & the airport. "What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back! "

"The location is nice and the on-site parking is important. I don't think there should be extra charges for parking every day if you are staying in the hotel for 4 days. The room cleaning was only restocking towels and making beds. They don't vacuum or take out the trash. Also, there was hair throughout the room, on the ground by the bed, on the chair, in bathroom sink and tub so not cleaned before I got there or while I was staying there. But a nice place for a short stay and a decent price."

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Town

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was nice to have a patio and a view of the mountains while eating a delicious breakfast. They were able to book our Zugspitze tickets which was helpful as the website was confusing. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. They said to wait and see if you can see the mountains in the morning, and if you can then come to the front desk and they'll book your tickets. Make sure you give yourself the whole day. It is amazing and quite an adventure!"
