"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"Succeeded my expectations. Paul and Jessica at the front desk were great. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping which is rare in the US. You can set base here in Interlacken. I did not go to the Mexican restaurant but it was busy and looked fun. Great option for groups of young adults but be mindful of the noise if you’re a solo travel. Thank you again Hotel Blume. "

"First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again! "

"The hotel was clean, staff was courteous and very responsive to our needs / questions, ski storage was good and included breakfast ample. Access to slopes was walkable, but a bit of a hike each morning with equipment and actually getting onto slopes to ski took a while (almost an hour) to closest slopes. Views of Matterhorn only from upper floors of property - we were on 1st floor and had no views from our family room reservation - which was effectively two rooms across the end of the hall from...

"If you don’t need glamour and you’re traveling alone and you don’t mind a dormitory/hostel this hotel is fabulous. It’s clean. It has a kitchen that you can use and keep food in. It has lots of great company with people from all over. It’s very convenient if you’re skiing it’s next door to the lift and also to the train station. I’m afraid of giving it such a great review because I don’t want to be full the next time I go there. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!"
