"The staff is helpful and very friendly. They all made sure all my needs were met efficiently and pleasantly. The breakfast bufet was simply delicious and the selection wonderful. I was especially impressed by the fresh honey comb which I drizzled over the most delicious oatmeal. "

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Zamek Sarny is an absolutely incredible place to stay and we only wish we could stay longer than our two nights. Featuring an attentive staff and incredible restaurant with one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in recent memory, Zamek Sarny is already a much restored historical site with more restoration currently underway.
