"We enjoyed our stay, the themes Sheriff's cabin was amazing and warm, my daughter's loved the bunk beds. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions and it was very tasty and the service was amazing. The breakfasts are also good with a nice variety of food, it's just a bit weird that some people take food from breakfast for their lunch. The proximity to Energylandia is good and the train that's included makes it the perfect location to visit. We'll be back! "

I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "
