"Great place all around. Rooms are bigger than those we've found in other high end Japan hotels. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, breakfast buffet is excellent. Amazing number of restaurants nearby. Only drawback is the massive number of people coming through Nagoya station overwhelm the restaurants, with 30 or more people lining up outside all the places you'd like to go -- although the many less popular restaurants are not bad."

"A tumble weed of what seems to be dog hair was in the bathroom floor. throughout the room this hair persisted. Sticky paper should be used to collect this rogue hairs, they are gross to encounter."

"Booked a double room for single use and it has a functional layout. Lots of USB outlets in the room which is a big plus in today’s world. Room is clean and well maintained with almost no evident wear and tear. Nagoya Station is only a few minutes walk away, with lots of dining options round the area. I would recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay again. "
