Located on the mountainside in Midway is a condominium complex called Swiss Oaks. This complex has basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, indoor hot tub, exercise room, game room and outdoor grilling facilities.

This is a monthly rental property.

This unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit with a full kitchen and a deck. Each of the two bedrooms has a Queen Bed. Rental of this unit includes one underground parking spot with plenty of parking outside.

Unit is fully furnished and owner recently renovated the kitchen and bought new furniture for most of the condo including large screen TV.

Swiss Oaks is a complex that just rents monthly - please call us with any questions. If you need for just over a month or some fraction of time that is not exactly a month then we can set that up for you. For example you need for 6 weeks - then we will set that time up for you in the system and you will just have to pay for the 6 weeks.

Midway is an area where you can have year-round fun and adventures, or you can just kick back and relax. Major events such as Swiss Days, International Sheep Dog Championships, Golf Tournaments, major Ski Events at Soldier Hollow and so many running, biking, swimming, and challenging competitions we can't even name them all!

Great Price and Service
My stay worked out great. The pricing was excellent and the condo was just right for what I needed. Whenever, I had any questions I received a speedy response and all in all it was an easy stay.

Very Good
Thx Kyle. We certainly enjoyed our stay. By the way, the guest toilet is still constantly running . Probably should be fixed to conserve water. Those curtains in the dining room will need some attention. They were totally locked up as you're aware. We had to do some “surgery” to free them up so we could open and close manually. Pipes in master bedroom wall still clank at night as they did years ago but I think we had a plumber look at the problem few years ago and there was really no clear fix to it. Bob
