Zermatt Resort & Spa is a 4-Star mountain resort only 20 minutes from Park City, Deer Valley, and Sundance.

Guests may arrive at the hotel anytime after 4 pm on the day of check in. The principal guest will receive a text message with check-in instructions. The instruction will contain your hotel suite number & key code.

Guests have access to all resort amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools & indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Rental Scam
My wife and I booked the property to stay over the Christmas holidays. We tried all day on the check-in date to contact the property owner for check-in details without success and even had VRBO try to contact them. Finally, when it was well past check-in time we went ahead and asked VRBO for a refund. Then several days later we learned that the property owners were claiming that we did stay in the property after all. I’m an Air Force officer of over twenty years and I am amazed that they would not only leave us without a place to stay but then try to still charge us for it. I’m hoping to help others avoid a ruined vacation by writing this review.

I’d choose a different unit
We’ve stayed at Zermatt multiple times. The other units that we have stayed in have been wonderful. And the amenities and location are great. This particular unit is in rough shape. There’s dings and scratches on the walls. The lower cabinets in the kitchen have been removed and not replaced. The flooring is buckling. Theres only one cereal bowl in the cupboards. And there was no soap for the dishwasher. The toilet makes a hissing sound all night long. We turned it off so we could sleep. In the morning we contacted the manager and asked if they could fix it. He hit “like” on my message and then did nothing about the toilet. So, will I stay at Zermatt again? Yes. Will I ever stay in this particular unit? No.
