Farmstay in Midlothian

"We had a lovely stay over Christmas. We opted for the basic room without a window and although the room was quite small there was plenty of room for our needs. The hotel has a buffet continental breakfast with lots of great fresh pasties, we absolutely loved their homemade yogurt with honey and granola. The hotel is very walkable to all the sights and the staff were warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. "

"The drive up to the hotel was stunning , We loved the old style of the hotel absolutely beautiful. Our room 169 was very spacious and welcoming. Food was top notch what we had although more choice chicken,pasta ect.Breakfast was brilliant plenty to choose from. Staff very welcoming and always on hand to help.Looking forward to returning . "

Make sure you don’t mistake the hotel with “Apex” or “Grassroots” down the street. This hotel has a large sign with the full name “Apex Grassroots”. "
