"I was disappointed the pool wasn’t open because I traveled with family. The refrigerator was very loud. Room 220 I called it to their attention but nobody came. I stayed 4 days but they did redeemed themselves because I had to extend my stay and they helped me stay in same room and refunded me for a double booking I did just to stay there an extra day."

"We visited Columbus, Ga to ride the river trail. This hotel is directly on the trail so that was convenient. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building. Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable and shower was awesome. The woman that check us in was wonderful, and gave us a little tour of the hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever had a hotel staff member come out from behind a desk to show us where to find everything.There is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was delicious and waitstaff was friendly and told us about the Columbus area."
