This large 3 bedroom townhouse (2,400 sq-ft) is perfect for your work stay. Comfortably sleeps 3 to 6 adults. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a powder room in the common area. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. One bedroom is located upstairs along with another living area which is perfect for just relaxing. Beautiful executive home with all amenities. Very comfortable and peaceful, with a large tv in the living area. Washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you require. Includes a gas log fireplace in the main living area. Easy access to Loop 250, Football stadium, dining, shopping, hospitals, downtown, oilfield, OXY, Chevron, EOG, and airport. This is the perfect alternative to a motel for the business traveler! It is our goal to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable! Other things to note: No parties, No smoking, and No Pets

nice condo with lots of space! much larger than expected so was a pleasant surprise:) check in easy and host is kind and responsive. much better than a hotel in Midland! each bedroom had private bath , good location and a nice place for a family to stay when visiting other family in town. we would stay here again!

Best place to stay!!
This is our 3rd time staying at this house. We love it, it's so clean and comfortable. It feels like our home away from home. The owners are so wonderful and always make our stay so perfect. I love that the house is actually decorated like it would be if someone lived in it. It's warm and inviting. The beds are so comfortable and I sleep like a baby every time. Can't wait for next year to stay again.

Great Stay!
The property and property managers were great! Communication with them was easy, check-in and check-out was smooth, and the property was clean. The only issue we had was with the WiFi as the network listed was not available and they were unsure of how to resolve the problem. We didn’t have WiFi for our entire trip. Not a huge deal since we weren’t there for business, but something that I hope is resolved before the next guests arrive!

Easy Stay
I was in the property with two other co workers. It was nice to have a property with plenty of space and each had on suite bathrooms. Also, the property was close to the end of the street which made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood.

Wonderful Place to Stay
My friends and I rented this property to have 5 days to craft together and make our Christmas cards. It was perfect!!! We did all of our cooking in the kitchen and never left the house. The beds are comfortable and the location is quiet. The owner is a joy to deal with and she's always willing to help. This was my 2nd year in a row renting it. We loved it, it was also very clean and the local grocery store HEB does deliver to this location.

Wonderful Place to Stay
My friends and I rented this property for a few days to spend time together crafting and enjoying some time away from home. This was an amazing place to stay. This condo was excellent for our work week in Midland. Very well appointed rooms, all nicely decorated. Thankful for cable tv to watch local news! Comfortable beds and furniture. Felt very at home. As other reviews stated, this house is much larger in person. IMMACULATELY clean. Lots of space. Comfortable bed and nice linens. The kitchen has all basic needs if any cooking is to be done. Great location. The owners were very attentive to the comfort of our stay, and responded immediately whenever I contacted them! I would Highly recommend this place, and will return next time I am in the area! Thanks Anna!

Wonderful. Why did we use hotels before!
Home was lovely and clean. Much more space than we expected. The owners were so sweet and easy to contact. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking on Christmas. I was originally upset about not being home for the holiday, turned out to be a great little family Christmas.
