Part of our South Downs way hike this is a great pub. Lovely garden to sit in after a long hot day of hiking. Varied menu featuring delicious local dishes. Friendly team. Lovely room - small double bed but super comfy. Bus stop opposite that takes you to Midhurst or Chichester every 30 mins.

Very friendly staff. Nice to learn the place is now community owned. We were running a race the next day and the staff were kind and provided take away breakfast to meet our preferences.

South Downs Way stop
Nice stay in the small town of Cocking. They prepared dinner for us and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Nice staff that went out of their way to please us.
