"It is old and worn down. The carpet is very old. The area behind the end table is dirty. It is probably the original furniture. I will just have to pay more and go somewhere else to get pretty. It is my fault for expecting more."

"My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. The room was nice and clean and quiet, we picked further down the end of the hall and it was wonderful. It was very close to everything we needed during our stay and didn't have to walk at much."

"I chise this hotel based mostly on previous reviews and secondarily on location. We were very pleased with the entire experience from check in to out, Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast was excellent with numerous options and service throughout our stay was exemplary and friendly. The river side of hotel offers a fabulous view of the river and city behind it."

"The property was located close to downtown Cincinatti. It's an older property, however, The hotel and room was clean, neat and the staff was very, very accommodating. I would stay at the hotel again."
