"Pros - recently remodeled room. After spending a few nights at a different motel, i was happy to have a quiet room without slamming doors and a heater/ac unit that functioned properly without rattling noises. Best sleep i had in 3 days. Cons - hallway carpets were dirty, was worried until i got to my room. Funny smells on the way to my room. Dark parking lot, but had cameras. 3 cars with broken windows and plastic over them so it had me worried, but they were gone by morning. "

"Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property."

"A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "
