This inn was so special. We only stayed for one night and in that short period of time felt so welcomed and so at home. The property and the inn itself are absolutely beautiful and completely updated. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and Telly and Leeza were so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to return for a longer weekend!

Very nice Inn close to First Beach and The Cliff Walk. The Inn is very well kept inside and out. It is on a main road which makes it a bit noisy during the day but at night traffic eases up so sleeping was not a problem for us. The complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious! We also had lunch one day which was also very good! Will be back!

This was a simply clean and pleasant place to stay. LIsa at the desk was always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good...and it's free!!! Though it is out of the main Newport area, it is easy to get to.

We loved the Sea Breeze Inn for many reasons, clean, beautifully appointed, great cafe, and friendly staff. Yiayia, Greek for grandmother, is, along with her husband, is the owner of the inn. She takes care of the front of the house with a friendly, helpful attitude. The cafe is great, the complimentary breakfast excellent (eggs, breakfast sandwich, pancakes, etc.) and served in a beautiful light-filled cafe. We asked our server if she was Yiayia,’s granddaughter and she said, “no,” wistfully, “but I call her Yiayia. We will go back should we return to Newport.

The Sea Breeze Inn was very cute and well run and well maintained. The owners are very inviting and friendly. We were able to chat with them about Greece. The food and service at Yiayia’s Cafe are enough to make us want to come back!

I had the most wonderful stay here! My boyfriend and I came for my birthday weekend. The atmosphere of the inn was very welcoming and easy going. Super close to Newport just a 5 minute Uber. Even some good spots right by the inn!! only reason I have it a 4 for cleanliness was there was some used joints on our balcony and would’ve loved a chair or piece of furniture out there to sit on to enjoy the view! We’ll be back!
