Such a comfortable, high quality hotel with great service. This was the first hotel I've seen sliding barn style doors for the bathroom, and they were not lockable. You could see through the crack on the sides. It did not offer privacy, and our children could bump into the door and it slide open I you were using it. I prefer hinged doors with locks!!!

The location of the property was very convenient. The front desk staff checking in was very professional however, upon checking out there was a young lady on the phone with a customer. She was not very polite; we heard the entire conversation from her end. The other thing is the very odd set up in the hotel room. You couldn't look at TV from the bed due to the positioning of the TV.

This is an older hotel in Middletown Delaware so it could use some upgrades. I did have small interaction with management team who did not allow me to link my membership number to my stay because I booked through a third party.
