Your home away from home! Whether you're with family or friends, our basement Game Room is the perfect place to let loose and get competitive! You'll find a high-quality pool table, foosball table, and carpet ball table, plus a high table for board games and card games!

This newly renovated 3 bed/1 bath ranch house is ready for your group. We are in the heart of small-town America and ready for you to explore the abundant activities in northern Indiana. It is the perfect place for your stay.

Available via phone, text, or email - I will be available however is most convenient for you. If someone is needed on-premise, I have a manager within 30 minutes of the property.

If you want to get out and explore, it's less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 12 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 10 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lover scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about .6 miles away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside (we provide 2 bikes and helmets for your added enjoyment). Krider "World's Fair" Garden is a beautiful place to relax, right beside the Pumkinvine Trail entrance. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality. This updated property is designed to offer a relaxing stay, regardless of whether you are on vacation, traveling for business, or attending a sporting event.

In the middle of Amish country, but yet near all the local attractions with access to the main road. Rise 'n Roll Bakery (a local Amish bakery known for its donuts); Das Dutchman Essenhaus, Shipshewana, Nappanee.

Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a code entered on a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in.

Check-in time is anytime after 4:00pm
