"From the very start when we booked Jeff’s cabin, he was a gracious, responsive, and generous host. We were looking for a low-key cabin in the woods with a hot tub and what we got was so much more: everything you could ever want in a Vermont cabin has been thought through, from the lofted bedroom to the cast iron pans to the dog dishes to the cozy furniture to the movie projector. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and soaking in the hot tub at the end of a day exploring is not to be missed....

Possibility to get a good shorter run/walk in without having to go out on a highway. Walking distance to general store. And the floating dock gives you about the best view of the lake anywhere."

"This house was the perfect place for a family gathering. It was an architectural dream! The view from the wrap around desk was amazing and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--we lacked for nothing. The house itself offered rooms for large family gatherings while also offering private spaces if someone wanted some quiet time. "Our family has visited Vermont many times over the years, but this was by far our favorite rental. Hannah and Cyrus were wonderful hosts. They gave us space to explore their beautiful property and suggestions for day trips. The cabin was clean and cozy, and we had so much fun exploring on the trails Cyrus has created. Our granddaughter loved the ducks, dogs, and chickens. we would certainly stay here again."

"Great location for our recent friends get together! The outdoor area was perfect with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The cabins were perfect for what we needed, cozy but the kitchens had everything we needed. Everyone commented how these were perfect for the event! Definitely recommend!"

"When I read the other reviews I was hesitant to book but don’t let someone else’s opinion deter you! The place was cute and cozy and clean. We floated on the lake and had fires at night. The neighbors were so friendly! Our dog loved it too! I have already recommended this property to my cousin who is planning a trip to VT in October."

"Going to be honest, I did not realize that this was a B&B. I saw the location was close to where we were going, the price & the number of good reviews. We got there at almost 11pm & the host was very gracious & understanding. The room was lovely & quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The vibe of the house was very relaxed & cozy. Should we ever be in the area again, we will definitely be staying there again. "
