"This property is a peaceful retreat for us when visiting family - we call it the overflow cottage - but it is so tastefully appointed, every little details, that is a soooo relaing when we get "home" in the evening. There are so many nice details, it is a wonder. We love the remoteness of the off-seasn boatyard. I suspect in summer that will be busier, but the access to the water there is a bonus. We love it here and will return next year."

There was lots of room for our dogs to run around. The beach access was on site and the beach walks and sunsets were breathtaking. We will definitely be back!"

"There are several things at this property that need serious updating. I understand that the main appeal is the oceanfront, which was very nice. However, being that our stay was for a week, we needed to spend time inside as well. The bathroom in the upper house is very small, and the size of the shower is unrealistic for any grown adult. It was nearly impossible to shower without banging your arms against the walls and the angle was very awkward. It’s tiny. There is no fan and no plugs! The...
