"We stayed just one night for a short business trip. There were heavy storms moving through the area and our host checked in with us during the height of the storms which was greatly appreciated. Would like to come back in the summer as the location is within walking distance of the downtown area. "

"I cannot express how accommodating this place was and also how well the communication with the property manager was. We will absolutely stay here in the future!!! We loved our stay!"

"The location was great and the view was nice. the picture of the deck looking at the lake was a little dated. the counter could use a stain and the chairs need painting.I think there should be more towels. Women need a towel for body and hair so 2 towels does make it tough on a couple everything else was great. . the suggestion for coffee was fabulous. We went to the wineries in the area and it was a great location. Very clean"

"This a short stay rental geared to fishing and hunting parties. Clean! Comfortable beds, has cleaning tables for fish, grills, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating and parking for boats. Very close to everything you need. Sleeps 6, tv, kitchen and air. We throughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The steps leading up to the apartment are a little steep but that could be just me. The only 2 complaints I had were it was only 58°F. in the house when we got there and it took over an hour to start warming up once it started it went quickly,which would have been fine except i have a 5 month old baby . I called Mimi 20 minutes in she did call her maintenance guy but it had started to warm up before he got there. My other complaint was there was no cookie sheet,maybe someone someone stole it...

"Enjoyed our stay, would like an opinion to pay all at once or at least make last payment more than 7 days before the arrival. Plenty of stress when the 14th came and they still had not processed the second payment."

"My overall experience of the property was ok. We just had a couple issues, parking spaces for SUV's and trucks were tight in front of the building, foyer entrance to the building needed to be clean along with the carpet. "

"Very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The rental is a part of the St. Hazards complex, but is listed as being across the road. This inaccuracy caused issue with the shuttle driver as the address given through VRBO app doesn’t match the actual physical address. The online guidelines and the rental property binder didn’t mention the hot water heater switch. We found it easy, but some folks may struggle. Outside of those issues our stay was outstanding. A clean house to come home to...

"Stayed twice this summer. Overall nice place, not fancy but an enjoyable get a way. There is still some broken glass that needs cleaned up (it was there last time as well). Either didn’t receive or couldn’t get the door code (internet isn’t great on the island). Thankfully, the bar tender at Hazards was able to call and get it for us. Would add some extra linens for the couch and loft."
