Quietly located holiday home

This charming cottage includes a cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. In the sunny garden you can enjoy breakfast in the sun.   There is 1 parking space at the front of the property which you can use, visitors must park outside the property. Furthermore, the house is equipped with an airconditioning /heating unit, wifi and digital television.  Near the cottage you will find the leisure park Krokodiel with swimming pool 'Vita Krokodiel' and the De Kegel X-Treme (bowling, karting, laser shooting, mini golf, virtual reality espace room). 2 streets away is located and cozy family brasserie 'Kroko'.  For further travel, you can of course take the coastal streetcar at the 'Middelkerke Krokodiel' stop, a 10-minute walk from the cottage. In 5 minutes you are at the Casino in Middelkerke or the center of Westende. In 20 minutes you are in Nieuwpoort and in 40 minutes in Ostend.  The ideal vacation home for a family with children or a couple with a dog.  Wifi: yes - parking: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
