The service here was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. They surprised us with a romantic lobster dinner one night and were very kind and attentive to details.

The hotels management , their illegal couples policy. Beach is unsafe at night as motorcycles go back and forth from the shore where fiahermen are fishing baby eel. Alot of them with no lights , dangerous

Staff never tried to communicate with English speakers or meet them half way with communication. Food was horrible paid 90 dollars for subpar steak. Majority of the items on there menu weren’t available. Food from restaurant tasted microwaved nothing special about this place that’d I’d recommend honestly especially since I paid desire which is suppose to be a luxurious side of the resort.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Theme and pool parties so fun and the playmakers are fantastic! The beach is secluded, beautiful and peaceful. We would have enjoyed more chairs and shade at the beach.If you enjoy taking long walks on the beach, this is your place! Our butler Micker made us feel right at home and was always informative and helpful. Carlos at the pool was so friendly and accommodating. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning soon.

The staff is amazing and they are trying really hard to accommodate to the costumers’ needs. They offer a variety of services designed to delight everyone’s pallets and desires. They are a brand new facility but have all the accommodations and facilities to make this a great getaway spot to entertain adults. I like that by reserving the Grand, we had access to both facilities. The hot tub is huge and amazing place to enjoy some fun. Loved the beach and I would recommend more music and drinks by the beach to attract more people to this area. We stayed during a low season came on a Wednesday and left on a Monday. The staff was just amazing and the person attending personally, Jhordan was amazing.

At this resort NO does not mean NO my wife and I were uncomfortable most of the time, they have ATM machines on property that have no money in them so if you come bring plenty of cash for tips, these people work for tips and the resort not having access to money for visitors to distribute to their employees is crazy to me. For my birthday we went to flame steakhouse and they brought me out a literal RAW burger I gave it back and waited 20 minutes for a new one. I wound up just leaving the restaurant and not eating dinner at all. But besides that the staff there are genuinely good people who love what they do and they are extremely helpful and good at their jobs.
