"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"The room was modest but clean, and great beds and pillows. Shower was clean, and lots of hot water. Breakfast was enough to keep going till mid-afternoon. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. It was very hot whilst we were there and there was no air conditioning or fans in our room which made it a little uncomfortable. "I stayed for four nights and had a wonderful visit! Staff was there when I needed them, my room was cleaned daily and the location was perfect! There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, an elevator, places to shop at and the 43 and 44 tram line literally stop outside your front door! "Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."
