"This was an amazing hotel! Great buffet style food and lovely staff. Beautiful ocean front Yoga studio. Small but acceptable gym. Pools were great. Happy hour on the upper deck was nice. Beach at low tide was good for walking but a lot of kelp. "

"Incredible staff nothing was too much to ensure my stay was amazing. The room was fantastic but would have liked not to have ask for the fridge or other listed things that weren’t in the room.! Main issue would be the lack of transport for solo travellers, the opportunity is there but not explored as we would love to book trips but are excluded The location may not be suitable for many but for my stay it was perfect "

"Lovely beach. Didnt like the massi tribe on beach. Felt intimidating. Loved silent cinema, reef walk, app to book everything, dinner on the beach, round pool. Loved sax on the beach but waised as no one thete to hear. Should be round the bar as people come diwn to dinner"

"Let me start by saying the staff was very attentive and amazing. If you’re looking for a quiet get away this place would be a good spot. The drive from the main road to the resort is horrible, you need a car or driver if you plan on doing anything outside of the resort, it’s very remote. The walk from the water villas to the reception area was really long. The place isn’t as picturesque as you may hope. A lot of seaweed along the beach and more low tide that I hoped for (you can see the villagers walking in the ocean from the villa). For the price of the villas I’d expect them to be in the best shape before checking in. The tub needed maintenance the knob for the shower was broken the WiFi is absolutely horrible on the property and the streaming services didn’t work on the TV. No irons in the rooms (you pay for your clothes to be ironed). The beach floods so sand activities and sitting on the beach may not be accessible. The food was ok not bad just ok. If quiet, seclusion, and relaxation is what you’re looking for this place will be just fine for you. "

"A great location for a quiet get away. The spa treatments and wellness was fabulous. The dining options were always good and of high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend the all-inclusive package as options are plentiful and much better than most resorts in Zanzibar. "
