Wonderful Apartment with Ocean View at Ocean Reserve Condominium - 14 Floor

Welcome to your home at the beach in Sunny Isles Beach! Our 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, and accommodates 6 adults plus 1 baby/infant under the age of 3 (travel crib, stroller, and beach toys provided).
Step into a well-furnished, spacious living and dining area adorned with natural light and modern décor, featuring a comfortable working space as well. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into our fully equipped kitchen complete with ample counter space, including all you need for your culinary experiences (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffeemaker, blender, and electric water kettle, as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils).
Our bedrooms are ample and luminous. The master bedroom offers 2 king-size beds, two big drawer chests, a comfortable working space, and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, iron, board, drying rack, and a laundry caddy. It features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub as well as a den meticulously transformed into a sleeping room with a twin bed, a drawer chest, and a working desk also with TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, a sleeper sofa, a big drawer chest and a wide closet with many hangers. Our second bathroom features a standing shower.
Unwind in our balcony, which offers an outdoor table and 5 stackable chairs, and enjoy our incredible views of the ocean and the vast coastline.

Enjoy high speed WIFI throughout the whole apartment.

Linens and towels are provided as well as a beach buggy with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, also beach/pool towels for every guest and a small cooler.

Additionally, the apartment has a designated covered parking space for one vehicle within the parking garage of the condo, located on the second floor, very close to the garage door and service elevator. Also, $15/20valet parking for second car is available on premises.

For your convenience, the building a laundry room with washers and dryers on each floor located next to the main elevators and we provide a laundry card, which guests may recharge at the kiosk in the lobby.

The condominium also features a fully equipped fitness center and a wonderful heated outdoor swimming pool with gazebos, sunshades, and loungers. There is also a tennis court on premises for guest free use upon reservation at the front desk. Ping-pong and pool tables as well as vending machines are also available.

Additionally, on ground level there is a market/convenience store for last minute or forgotten items, a hairdressing/beauty salon, a box training gym with excellent coaching (worthwhile trying) as well as a charming coffee shop with delicious homemade muffins, croissants, sandwiches, quiches, and salads.

Packages may be delivered to the lobby and guests will be required to pay $5/10 (depending on the size) upon pick-up. Remember to specify your name and unit number whenever you purchase online, for a better and quicker service.

Conveniently located, our apartment is a 3-minute walk from the beach, has very easy access to Aventura Mall where you can indulge in great shopping and culinary experiences. Both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport are a 35-minute drive. South Beach is only a 20-minute drive on Collins Ave.

Beautiful Condo!
We booked this condo 1 year prior to our stay in hopes of going to see Taylor Swift. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our time on the balcony with the fantastic view of the high rises and ocean! I would definitely return again if able. The host responded appropriately. And the best part was we were able to get last min tix to the show on 10/18/24!! We really enjoyed the balcony the following morning drinking coffee, eating donuts and recapping our awesome Swiftie experience!

FANTASTIC property and location!
Property was perfect for our family's visit. Ines was SUPER prompt with replies to our questions. The information she provided was precise and thorough, which made the check-in process flawless. Check-in/front desk staff were very cordial, and informative. The condo itself is TOP NOTCH, with amazing views!!! It was VERY clean and well stocked with basic needs (linens, towels, dishes, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). Also, though we didn't use them, there was also a wagon full of beach needs, a baby stroller, a baby pack n play, and SO many other things that truly make you feel like you are at home. Highly recommend, and will be back!

Ocean Reserve_Sunny Isles visit _February 2022
Spent 14 days at the property and our time went by quickly. Well maintained, clean unit with very good furnishings. The king size mattress was firm and comfortable. We enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool and the easy access to the Atlantic Ocean beach across Collins Avenue. The view of the ocean from the 14th story is like a post card. Subje'faces Collins Avenue, a very busy road at most hours of the day and night so we noticed traffic noise when we were in the main bedroom in the overnight. Ocean Reserve is a large condo building so be prepared to be patient with other tenants when sharing the service elevator, pool chairs, and laundry facilities. The property manager was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout our stay:

The location of this property was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes towing 3 little kids. The balcony overlooks a beautiful park that the kids loved. Everything was clean and the property had everything we needed.

Perfect everything
Thank you so much for your wonderful condo. Everything was exactly as we expected. A couple of things that were not disclosed in the description of the property. Your parking spot is right next to the elevator to get to the condo!!!! The condo is a corner unit therefore it is larger than the other condos and your room is right next to the elevator so easy access up and down. The fact that there is a beach cart and four chairs was such an amazing asset to the condo. The beach is across the street. For the best beach area where you can stay longer without having to deal with a shadow from the hotels is go straight across the street and head left until the sidewalk ends. It was less busy on that side and we were able to enjoy our day more. We ended up going to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk area a couple evenings. Highly recommend doing that for some amazing meals, people watching, and shops. We did spend some time down in South Beach and honestly I would skip that. Over priced restaurants that secretly add gratuity on and poor service. Only two things I would think would made our stay better, a larger frying pan in the kitchen and a larger cooler for the beach :)

Our satay was great, only regret we didn’t stay longer. The location was Amazing and the ocean view condo was modern and so spacious. We wanted to be away from the hustle of Miami but still have the South Florida feel. The location to Aventura is excellent, tons of food options, The Pier was close, grocery store, mall, beach access, a beautiful park. The Proximity to Halouver was also amazing! Access to parking and elevator was great. We will be booking again.

The photos don’t do it justice. This apartment is huge! We have been vacationing in this area the past 10 years. With a family of five it’s hard to find a big enough space. Our children are 16,19 & 21. Here we were very comfortable. The place is well stocked with everything you need. Spacious full kitchen. Laundry on every floor. Lovely pool area. Dedicated covered parking spot close to elevator. Beach across street. Apartment comes with beach cart. Also a beautiful park in front. There is a small convenience store, cafe and hair salon in building as well as a gym. Close to grocery stores, dining and shopping. It was truly perfect for our family. We’ll be back.
